摘要
铁死亡是近年来备受关注的新型细胞调节性死亡形式,具有独特的铁离子依赖性、线粒体超微结构破坏性和脂质过氧化损伤性。随着铁死亡在各个系统疾病中研究的愈渐深入,越来越多的线索提示铁死亡与许多类型的心肌损伤都存在关联且发挥了不可忽视的调控作用,并且可能是这些心肌损伤性疾病防治的新的干预靶点。本文总结了铁死亡的主要调控机制及其在常见的缺血性和非缺血性心肌损伤方面的研究进展,以期为更加全面地认识这些心肌损伤性疾病的发病原理和寻找新的防治手段提供参考。
Ferroptosis is a new type of regulated cell death that is different from the traditional way of cell life cycle regulation and has attracted much attention in recent years.It is characterized by ferric ion dependence,mitochondrial ultrastructural destruction,and lipid peroxidation damage.With the further study of ferroptosis in various diseases,more and more clues suggested that ferroptosis is associated with many types of myocardial injury and plays a significant regulatory role,which may be a new intervention target for the prevention and treatment of these myocardial injury⁃related diseases.Here,we summarized the main regulatory mechanism of ferroptosis and its research progress in common types of ischemic and non⁃ischemic myocardial injuries to provide a reference for a more comprehensive understanding of the pathogenesis of these myocardial injury⁃related diseases and to find new prevention and treatment methods for these diseases.
