免疫功能低下伴肺部感染是组织侵袭性感染的最常见类型,急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)是肺部感染严重的表现形式。免疫功能低下的宿主对感染的识别是滞后的,由于炎症反应不明显,常见的感染征象容易被忽略。侵入性诊断技术是获取有效的分泌物标本的重要手段,早期积极进行具体的微生物学诊断及有效的鉴别诊断,及时调整抗生素治疗方案,可以避免广谱抗生素治疗的潜在毒性。

Immunocompromised with pulmonary infection is the most common type of tissue⁃invasive infection,and acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)is a severe manifestation of pulmonary infection.Recognition of infection in immunocompromised hosts is lagging,and common signs of infection are easily overlooked because the inflammatory response is not obvious.Invasive diagnostic techniques are an important means of obtaining validated secretion specimens.Early and aggressive specific microbiological diagnosis,effective differential diagnosis,and timely adjustment of antibiotic regimens can avoid the potential toxicity of broad⁃spectrum antibiotic therapy.
