益胃颗粒的药效学研究

Studies on the pharmacotherapeutics of YIWEI pellet

目的 :探讨益胃颗粒的功效作用并做出相应评价。方法 :观察益胃颗粒对大鼠应激性溃疡的作用 ,观察接种艾氏腹水癌 ( EAC)及腹水型肝癌 ( Hep A)小鼠的死亡时间。结果 :对大鼠应激性溃疡 ,当益胃颗粒剂量达 1 6g·kg-1时 ,与丽珠得乐作用类似 ,对艾氏腹水癌、腹水型肝癌有抑制作用。结论 :益胃颗粒对实验性大鼠应激性溃疡及腹水型肝癌有一定抑制作用。

Objective: Explore therapeutic effect of YI WEI pellet. Methods: Postponement of EAC, HepA tumor carrying mice death was studied. Results: When the dosage reached 16 g·kg -1 , the effect on the stress induced ulceration of mice was at the same as LI ZHU DE LE.IT has inhibition effect on EAC, HepA, and tumor too. Conclusion: YIWEI pellet has inhibition effect on ulcer of mice. It shows the inhibitory activity to EAC, HepA and S 180 tumor.
