中国制造产业工人数字素养评价指标构建与实证研究

摘要 随着数字经济的持续深入发展,我国数字化进程正由消费端向生产端渗透,数字素养已经成为劳动者包括消费者的基本能力。为此本文基于数字素养“五力”模型构建了制造业员工数字素养评价指标体系,并通过因子分析测算制造业员工在数字感知域、数字应用域和数字发展域的数字素养综合得分;通过数字素养影响因素实证分析显示数字素养在员工性别、年龄和工作部门上存在显著性差异。进而本文提出从数字思维能力、数字技术使用能力、信息识别整合能力、数字挖掘能力以及数字声誉提高能力五个方面提升制造业员工数字素养和人才培养内生增长机制,促进我国传统制造业数字化转型的建议。 As the digital economy continues to develop deeply,the digitization process of China is penetrating from the consumption end to the manufacture end,which digital literacy has become the necessary ability of workers and consumers.This paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of Chinese industrial workers'digital literacy by selecting indicators from two aspects:digital competence and digital awareness,and conducts an empirical study to measure the comprehensive score of digital literacy of manufacturing employees according to the digital perception domain,digital application domain and digital development domain.The results of the comparative analysis show that there are significant differences in the digital literacy scores of Chinese industrial workers in four aspects:gender,education and age and work department.This paper puts forward the endogenous growth mechanism to improve the digital literacy and talent cultivation of manufacturing employees from five aspects:digital thinking ability,digital technology ability,information recognition and integration ability,digital mining ability and improving digital reputation ability,which can promote the digital transformation of traditional manufacturing industry in China.
