Instructions for Submissions Manuscripts(7,000 to 12,000 words)should be submitted online at:http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/cwe.Submissions must be ty ped according to the follow ing format:The title page should contain:(i)the title of the paper,(i)a suggested running head(abbreviated form of title),(iI)the full names of the authors and(iv)their positions at relevant institutions(e.g.Associate Professor),(v)the addresses of the institutions at which the work was carried out together with(vi)the full postal and email address,plus facsimile and telephone numbers,of the author to whom correspondence about the manuscript should be sent。
