Path and Optimization Countermeasures of Digital Transformation for Investment Banks

证券公司进行数字化转型,将数字技术应用于承揽、承做、承销和持续督导等投资银行业务场景。本文采用层次分析法考察投资银行数字化转型的路径,建立战略规划、基础支撑、系统建设和管理协同四个维度的评价体系,研究确立投资银行业务数字化转型的具体路径,包括制订战略总体规划,加强基础支撑建设、把握合规风控底线,推动数字系统一体化建设和打造数字化协同体系、促进管理协同等。本文从监管层面、行业层面和证券公司层面为优化投资银行业务的数字化转型提出可行的对策建议。

Securities companies utilize financial technology for digital transformation,applying digital technology to investment banking business scenarios such as underwriting and continuous supervision.This paper examines the path of digital transformation for investment banks based on the hierarchical analysis method and establishes a digital transformation evaluation system with four dimensions:strategic planning,basic support,system construction,and business synergy.It also establishes a specific path for the digital transformation of the investment banking business,including the formulation of a strategic master plan,the strengthening of basic support construction,the development of an integrated information system,and the implementation of advanced analytics.Lastly,this paper suggests workable countermeasures from regulators,industry,and the securities business in order to optimize the digital transformation of investment banking.
