“隐秘的投机”:高中生课堂违纪行为的产生和演化机制

“Hidden Speculation”:The Emergence and Flow of Classroom Disciplinary Behaviour among High School Students

摘要 课堂管理是教育惩戒的关键环节,课堂纪律问题长期困扰一线教师,《中小学教育惩戒规则(试行)》的实施呼唤对学生违纪行为微观机制进行深入探讨。本研究采用个案研究方式,以互动仪式链作为理论视角,以高中生秋喻为个案,探讨高中生课堂违纪行为的产生和演化机制。研究发现课堂中并存“红市”“黑市”和“灰市”三种互动市场,对于秋喻而言“,红市”的无趣和排斥、“黑市”的诱惑和失落“,灰市”的退守和无奈使他无法在课堂情境中获得足够的情感能量回报,因而其课堂行为表征为在互动市场中“隐秘的投机”。研究表明秋喻的课堂违纪行为并非有意“炫坏”,而是追寻高情感能量回报的理性选择。作为教师,要提高针对课堂纪律问题复杂情境的处置能力,要加强与学生的课后沟通。 Classroom management is a key link in educational discipline,and classroom discipline issues have long plagued front-line teachers.The implementation of the"Disciplinary Rules for Primary and Secondary Education(Trial)"calls for in-depth exploration of the microscopic mechanisms of students'disciplinary behavior.This study adopted a case study method,using the interactive ritual chain theory as a theoretical lens to analyse the case of a high school student,Qiu Yu,and explored the emergence and flow of classroom disciplinary behaviour among high school students.The findings revealed three interactive markets in the classroom:the red market,the black market,and the gray market.For Qiu Yu,the boredom and rejection of the red market,the temptation and loss of the black market,and the retreat and helplessness of the gray market prevented him from gaining sufficient emotional energy rewards in classroom situations,and thus his classroom actions were characterized as"hidden speculation"in interactive markets.The findings suggest that Qiu's classroom disciplinary behaviour is not a intentional"flaunting",but rather a rational choice to seek high emotional energy returns.
