摘要
中国共产党领导的农民教育事业在不同历史时期形成了相应的目标、内容与形式。对百年来中国共产党农民教育探索梳理发现,按照不同特征划分为唤醒萌芽(1919—1948年)、艰难探索(1949—1978年)、改革创新(1979—2011年)、持续发展(2012年至今)四个阶段。从实践特征看,百年来中国共产党农民教育呈现以农民为中心的教育内容、多重整合的教育目标以及聚焦中国问题的教育特色,其中,党在农民教育中的领导地位是一以贯之的。在党的农民教育探索与实践经验基础上,站在新的历史阶段,乡村振兴时代的农民教育要突出价值取向,始终坚持党在农民教育中的领导地位;重视教育与实践相结合,满足农民实际需要;坚持与时俱进,不断创新目标与内容,推进中国式农民教育现代化,为农业农村现代化奠定坚实的教育基础和人才支撑。
The farmer education under the leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC)has developed corresponding goals,contents,forms in different historical periods.The exploration of farmer education of the CPC in the past century has been sorted out and found to be divided into four stages:Awakening(1919-1948),Difficult Exploration(1949-1978),Reform and Innovation(1979-2011),Sustained Development(2012-present).From the perspective of practical characteristics,the farmer education of the CPC has presented educational content focused on farmers,multiple integrated educational goals and educational characteristics focused on Chinese issues,in which the CPC leadership in farmer education has been consistent throughout.Based on the experience of the CPC exploration and practice in farmer education,standing at a new historical stage,farmer education in the era of rural revitalization should highlight the value orientation,always adhere to the CPC leading position in farmer education;adhere to the advancement of the times and continue to innovate the objective and content,so as to promote the modernization of China'farmer education and to lay a solid educational foundation and human resources support for the modernization of rural.
