基于数据挖掘技术探析尺泽穴主治优势病症和配伍规律

Dominant Diseases and Compatibility Laws of LU5 Based on Data Mining Technology

目的:运用数据挖掘技术,分析尺泽穴的优势病症与配伍处方,总结其主治特点与配伍规律。方法:在中国知网、万方学术期刊全文、维普中文期刊资源、SinoMed、Web of Science和PubMed等数据库中检索尺泽在1949年10月1日到2022年6月30日期间的相关资料,建立SQL Server数据库,运用“五输穴主治与配伍数据挖掘软件V1.0”及Gephi可视化软件对数据进行复杂网络、复合关联和聚类分析。结果:共纳入文献237篇。尺泽共16种单穴主治病症,优势病症包括支气管炎、膝骨性关节炎、急性扁桃体炎和急性胃肠炎等7种;59种配伍主治病症,优势病症包括脑卒中后遗症、哮喘、肱骨外上髁炎和痤疮等14种。高频腧穴包括合谷、三阴交、内关、足三里和极泉等43穴,配伍经脉以手阳明大肠经、足太阴脾经和足少阴肾经等为主。复合关联经筛选后得出30条尺泽配伍的腧穴-病症关联规则。聚类分析产生了4类7组高频配伍穴类组合。结论:尺泽主治方面主要以腧穴所在部位之肘部疾病、经脉所过部位之肢体关节病症、肺与大肠系及肾系相关脏腑病症等为主,腧穴配伍主要以交接经、表里经和同名经等方式为主。

Objective:To explore the dominant diseases and prescriptions of Chize(LU5)and to summarize its main treatment characteristics and compatibility rules by using data mining technology.Methods:The relevant literature regarding LU5 were collected by computer retrieval from the databases(1st October 1949 to 30th June 2022)of CNKI,Wan Fang,VIP,SinoMed,Web of Science and PubMed.The SQL Server database was established.Complex network analysis,composite association and clustering analysis were conducted by using‘data mining software V1.0 version of five-Shu point indications and compatibility’and Gephi visualized software.Results:A total of 237 pieces of literature were included,in which there were 16 kinds of single-point indications and 59 kinds of compatible acupoints indications.Among the single-acupoint indications,there were 7 dominant diseases,including bronchitis,knee osteoarthritis,acute tonsillitis,acute gastroenteritis,etc.Among the compatible acupoints indications,there were 14 dominant ones,including sequelae of stroke,asthma,external humeral epicondylitis,acne and so on.High-frequency acupoints included 43 acupoints,such as Hegu(LI4),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Neiguan(PC6),Zusanli(ST36),Jiquan(HT1),etc.The main compatible meridians were Large Intestinal meridian,Spleen meridian and Gallbladder meridian.30 acupoint-diseases association rules of LU5 were obtained by composite association.The results of clustering analysis showed that there were 4 kinds of categories and 7 groups of acupoint prescriptions with high-frequency.Conclusion:The dominant diseases of LU5 are mainly elbow diseases,limb joint diseases along Lung meridian,as well as Lung,Large Intestine and Kidney related viscera diseases.The main compatibility modes are with the points from junction meridians,the exterior and interior meridians and homonymous meridians.
