消化道菌群在食管癌筛查、诊断和预后中的研究进展

摘要 食管癌是一种常见且预后较差的癌症,早期筛查、早期诊断是改善患者预后的关键。近年来,越来越多的研究表明,消化道菌群的改变与食管癌的发生、发展、复发、转移、化疗耐药等具有相关性。本文主要就食管癌患者消化道菌群变化情况及其在食管癌筛查、诊断和预后中的研究进展作一综述。 Esophageal cancer is a common and poorly prognostic cancer,and early screening and early diagnosis are the keys to improve the prognosis of patients.In recent years,more and more studies have shown that changes in gastrointestinal flora are associated with the occurrence,progression,recurrence,metastasis and chemotherapy resistance of esophageal cancer.This article mainly reviewed the changes of gastrointestinal flora in esophageal cancer patients and the progress of research on gastrointestinal flora in the screening,diagnosis and prognosis of esophageal cancer.
