摘要
国际力量的对比制约了中国新型政党制度话语权的发挥,西方话语体系的世界影响削弱了中国新型政党制度话语权的凝聚力,宣教方式的滞后消解了中国新型政党制度话语权的吸引力,意识形态复杂性弱化了中国新型政党制度话语权的影响力。中国新型政党制度的必然性赋予了话语权生命力、科学性增进了话语权说服力、优越性奠定了话语权的底气,由此构成了中国新型政党制度话语权提升的内在逻辑。提升中国新型政党制度话语权需要发挥中国新型政党制度优势,加大宣介中国新型政党制度理论力度,夯实中国新型政党制度的组织建设,拓展中国新型政党制度国际话语权平台。
The contrast of international forces restricts the power of discourse in China’s new political party system,the world influence of the Western discourse system weakens the cohesion of the power of discourse in China’s new political party system,the lag of propaganda and teaching methods dissipates the attraction of the power of discourse in China’s new political party system,and the complexity of ideology weakens the influence of the power of discourse in China’s new political party system.The inevitability of China’s new political party system gives the power of discourse vitality,the science enhances the persuasion of the power of discourse,and the superiority lays the foundation of the power of discourse,which constitutes the internal logic of the power of discourse of China’s new political party system.Improving the discourse power of China’s new type of political party system,we need to give play to the advantages of China’s new type of political party system,increase efforts to publicize the theory of China’s new type of political party system,consolidate the organizational construction of China’s new type of political party system,and expand the international discourse power platform of China’s new type of political party system.
