规模化猪场PRRS弱毒苗和灭活苗免疫N蛋白抗体水平评估

Evaluation of N protein antibody levels of PRRS attenuated and inactivated vaccines in large-scale pig farms

摘要 为了了解猪场免疫猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)弱毒疫苗和灭活疫苗后猪群抗体水平的差异,选取4个不同猪场,每个猪场选取10头没有免疫过PRRS疫苗且健康状态一致的35日龄仔猪,在同样的饲养条件下,对4个试验组仔猪分别免疫接种PRRS弱毒疫苗与灭活疫苗。接种后0 d、7 d、14 d、21 d和28 d采集各组血清,检测各组PRRS抗体水平。结果显示,免疫弱毒疫苗的试验组,其PRRS抗体上升速度、抗体水平和抗体整齐度均优于免疫灭活疫苗的试验组。免疫弱毒疫苗的试验组可在接种后14~28 d产生免疫力。 In order to understand the differences in antibody levels in pig populations immunized with PRRS attenuated vaccine and inactivated vaccine in pig farms,four different pig farms were selected,and 35 day old 10 piglets without PRRS vaccine and with consistent health status were selected from each farm.Under the same feeding conditions,the four experimental groups of piglets were immunized with PRRS attenuated vaccine and inactivated vaccine,respectively.Collect serum from each group on days 0,7,14,21,and 28 after vaccination,and detect the levels of PRRS antibodies in each group.The results showed that the experimental group immunized with attenuated vaccines had better PRRS antibody rise rate,antibody level,and antibody regularity than the experimental group immunized with inactivated vaccines.The experimental group immunized with attenuated vaccines can develop immunity 14 to 28 days after vaccination.
