松溪县2019-2022年猪口蹄疫抗体水平监测及分析

Monitoring and analysis of antibody levels against foot-and-mouth disease in pigs in Songxi county from 2019 to 2022

为充分了解松溪县猪口蹄疫的发生和流行,提高猪产品质量安全,实现重大动物疫情的有效预防与控制。采用血清学检测方法对松溪县猪口蹄疫抗体水平情况进行调查。结果显示,2019-2022年随机抽取的821份猪血清中,O型、A型口蹄疫抗体合格率分别为88.55%、85.50%,表明松溪县猪口蹄疫抗体水平均达到国家规定要求(大于等于70%)。4年间口蹄疫O型、A型免疫抗体均保持较高水平,但呈逐年小幅下降,故仍然需要加强动物免疫和抗体水平监测工作。

To fully understand the occurrence and prevalence of foot-and-mouth disease in Songxi county,improve the quality and safety of pig products,and achieve effective prevention and control of major animal epidemics.The level of antibodies against foot-and-mouth disease in pigs in Songxi county were investigated using serological testing methods.The results showed that in 821 randomly selected pig serum samples from 2019 to 2022,the qualified rates of type O and type A foot-and-mouth disease antibodies were 88.55%and 85.50%,respectively,indicating that the antibody levels of foot-and-mouth disease in pigs in Songxi county have met the national requirements(greater than or equal to 70%)over the past four years.During the past four years,the levels of O and A type immune antibodies against foot-and-mouth disease remained high,but showed a slight decrease year by year,therefore,it is still necessary to strengthen the monitoring of animal immunity and antibody levels.
