漳州市龙海区羊口蹄疫免疫抗体监测与分析

Surveillance and analysis of foot-and-mouth disease immune antibody of sheep in Longhai district

2018-2022年对漳州市龙海区61个羊规模养殖场、135个羊散养户开展口蹄疫免疫抗体监测。结果表明:O型免疫抗体平均合格率为89.36%,A型免疫抗体平均合格率为85.64%,规模养殖场免疫抗体合格率高于散养户。通过对羊口蹄疫免疫抗体监测,为有效防控该病提供科学依据。

Foot-and-mouth disease(FMD)immune antibody surveillance was carried out in 61 sheep large-scale farms and 135 sheep free-range households in Longhai district from 2018 to 2022.The results showed that the average qualified rate of immune antibody was 89.36%for subtype O and 85.64%for type A.The qualified rate of immune antibody in large-scale farms was higher than that in free-range farms.To provide scientific basis for effective prevention and control of FMD by monitoring the immune antibody of sheep.
