细胞焦亡在骨质疏松中的作用

摘要 骨质疏松是世界上最常见的骨骼疾病,其特点是骨矿物质密度降低。研究表明炎症在骨质疏松的进展中扮演着重要作用。焦亡是由炎症小体介导的程序性细胞死亡,也被认为是与炎症有关的炎症性细胞死亡。越来越多的研究发现焦亡在骨质疏松发病机制中有着重要作用。本研究综述焦亡产生的炎症介质对骨质疏松的作用,及通过焦亡治疗骨质疏松症的理想靶点,希望为今后骨质疏松的治疗提供新的方向。 Osteoporosis is the most common bone disease and is characterized by reduced bone mineral density.Studies have shown that inflammation plays an important role in the progression of osteoporosis.Pyroptosis is programmed cell death mediated by inflammasomes and is also considered to be inflammatory cell death associated with inflammation.More and more studies have found that pyroptosis plays an important role in the pathogenesis of osteoporosis.In this review,we discuss the role of inflammatory mediators produced by pyroptosis in osteoporosis and summarize the possible targets for the treatment of osteoporosis by pyroptosis.It is hoped to provide a new direction for the treatment of osteoporosis.
