Logical Value,Realistic Dilemma and Crack Path of Promoting College Students Labor Education from Perspective of“Big Ideological and Political Education”

大学生劳动教育是以提升大学生劳动素养的方式促进其全面发展的教育活动过程,对于培养高素质的社会主义建设者和接班人具有重要意义。运用“大思政”的“整体观”思维和“三全育人”方法论开展大学生劳动教育具有重要意义:有利于巩固中小学劳动育人成果,促进大中小学劳动教育一体化建设;有利于落实立德树人根本任务,发挥树德、增智、强体、育美综合育人价值;有利于办好人民满意的教育,实现教育、科技、人才三位一体高质量发展;有利于促进社会可持续发展,实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦。同时,针对大学生劳动教育在具体实施过程中存在的“有劳动无教育”、“有教育无劳动”,缺乏全方位、整体性、协同化育人的机制等现实困囿,基于“大思政”视角探索式提出大学生劳动教育“全员育人”、“全程育人”和“全方位育人”的破解路径。

The college students labor education is an educational activity process that promotes the all-round development of college students in the way of improving their labor quality.It is of great significance for cultivating high-quality socialist builders and successors.It is of great significance to apply the“holistic view”thinking of“big ideological and political education”and the methodology of“three complete education”to carry out the college students labor education.It is conducive to consolidating the achievements of labor education in primary and secondary schools and promoting the integrated construction of labor education in primary,secondary schools and colleges;It is conducive to the implementation of the task of establishing morality and cultivating people and giving full play to the comprehensive value of cultivating morality,intelligence,physical strength and beauty;It is conducive to running education to the satisfaction of the people and achieving high-quality development of education,science and technology,and talents;It is conducive to promoting the sustainable development of society and realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.At the same time,in view of the practical constraints of“labor without education”,“education without labor”,and the lack of comprehensive,integrated and collaborative mechanism of educating people in the specific implementation process of college students labor education,based on the perspective of“big ideological and political education”,the solution path of“full staff education”,“full process education”,and“comprehensive education”of college students labor education is put forward exploratorily.
