学校社区协同促进青少年女生体育参与机制研究——以美国TAAG项目为例

摘要 青春期女生体力活动快速下降是全世界共同关注的热门话题,也是我国促进青少年体力活动进程中值得关注的重要问题。家校社协同育人已被纳入国家发展战略规划工作中,成为全社会广泛关注的议题。探索学校社区协同促进青少年女生体育参与协同机制是推动家校社协同育人战略落地的关键举措,也是实现全社会合力促进青少年女生健康成长的有效途径。本文以美国TAAG项目为研究对象,从目标设置、组织架构、干预内容等方面对学校与社区协同机制进行系统梳理与分析,探索其协同模式的有效性与局限性。据此提出我国青少年女生体育参与促进工作学校社区协同机制构建路径:1)研发针对青少年女生的行动计划,建立学校社区协同的目标体系;2)发挥研究机构及高校等研究力量,探索学校与社区多元主体协同的共治模式;3)构建学校社区协同干预内容,多维度破除青少年女生体育参与障碍;4)注重科学监测与反馈,全面评估学校社区协同干预的综合绩效。 The rapid decline of adolescent girls’physical activity is a hot topic of common concern all over the world,which is also an important issue worthy of attention in the process of promoting adolescents’physical activity in China.The collaborative education of“home-school-community”has been incorporated into the national strategic planning work and has become a topic of widespread concern in the whole society.Exploring the mechanism of school-community collaboration promoting the participation of adolescent girls in sports is a key measure to develop the implementation of the collaborative education strategy of“home-school-community”,and is also an effective way to realize the joint efforts of the whole society promoting the healthy growth of adolescent girls.Taking TAAG project in the United States as the research object,this paper systematically sorts out and analyzes the school-community collaboration mechanism from the aspects of goal setting,organizational structure and intervention content,and explores the effectiveness and limitations of its collaboration model.Accordingly,it puts forward the construction paths for the mechanism of school-community collaboration promoting the participation of adolescent girls in sports in China:1)to develop the action plan for adolescent girls and establish the goal system of school-community collaboration;2)to give full play to the research strength of research institutions and universities to explore the co-governance model of multi-subject collaboration between schools and communities;3)to construct the intervention content of school-community collaboration to break the barriers of adolescent girls’participation in sports from multi-dimensions;4)to focus on scientific monitoring and feedback,and comprehensively evaluate the integrated performance of school-community collaborative interventions.
