体教融合视域下我国女篮后备人才高质量发展研究

High-Quality Development of Reserve Talents for Chinese Women’s Basketball from the Perspective of Integrating Sports and Education

高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务,我国女篮后备人才高质量发展是夯实“三大球”发展基础的关键一环。运用文献资料、专家访谈、逻辑分析等研究方法,从历史、理论、实践3个层面梳理体教融合视域下我国女篮后备人才高质量发展的逻辑理路:顺应时代发展的不断跃升,从单一目标追求向全面发展的转化,从竞技绩效追求向注重个体发展的提升;深入分析我国女篮后备人才高质量发展的现实困境:女篮运动参与率不足,后备人才存量有限;体育与教育系统协同欠佳,融合发展壁垒仍存;后备人才科学培养干预不充分,人才损耗居高不下;体育与教育系统竞赛体系分离,竞赛杠杆作用发挥不足;复合型训练人才与教育人才匮乏,培养质量难以保证。在此基础上提出我国女篮后备人才高质量发展的创新路径:加强女子篮球宣传,激发社会参与活力;细化融合政策,突破发展壁垒;革新培养观念,助力后备人才科学发展;整合竞赛资源,完善竞赛体系;发挥高校作用,提升科研支撑水平。

High-quality development is the primary task in the comprehensive construction of a socialist modernized country,and the high-quality development of reserve talents in women’s basketball is a crucial part in solidifying the development foundation of football,basketball and volleyball.Through the methods of literature,expert interview and logical analysis,this study analyzes the logical pathway of high-quality development of reserve talents in women’s basketball in historical,theoretical and practical levels from the perspective of integrating sports and education:keeping raising with the rapid development of the times;transformation from the pursuit of a single goal into an all-round development;promotionfrom from the pursuit of competitive performance to individual development.It also delves into the practical dilemmas influencing the high-quality development of reserve talents in women’s basketball:low participation rates and limited reserves;poor synergy between sports and education systems and existing barriers in integration development;inadequate scientific intervention in talent cultivation and high talent attrition rates;separation of competition systems between sports and education systems and low lever effect of competitions;and a shortage of composite training and educational talents and uncertain quality of talent cultivation.And proposes innovative development paths based on it:strengthening the publicity of women’s basketball to stimulate the vitality of social participation;refining the integration policies to break through development barriers;innovating the training concepts to facilitate the scientific development of reserve talents;integrating competition resources to construct a comprehensive competition system;and leveraging the role of universities to promote the scientific research support level.
