Logical Theory and Optimization Paths of Promoting Great Rejuvenation of Chinese Nation Through Public Sports Governance

运用逻辑推演和案例分析等研究方法,对公共体育治理助推中华民族伟大复兴的逻辑理路与框架进行系统研究,旨在探究其优化路径。沿着中华民族伟大复兴目标与公共体育治理的逻辑理路,探索并推演出中国特色的公共体育多元互动治理结构,提出面向中华民族伟大复兴的公共体育治理优化框架,即运行机制更完善、治理方式更现代、治理目标更明晰;优化路径包括优化党领导下的政府主导型公共体育治理机制、创新互动式协同网络治理方式以及确立以人民为中心的全民体育治理目标3个方面,以期推动我国公共体育治理体系和治理能力在现代化道路上不断取得新突破。

This paper conducts a systematic study on the logical theory and frame of promoting great rejuvenation of Chinese nation through public sports governance,and intends to explore its optimization paths through the methods of logical deduction and case analysis.Following the logical alignment between the goals of great rejuvenation of Chinese nation and public sports governance,it explores and promotes a diversified interactive governance structure of public sports with Chinese characteristics and proposes an optimized frame for public sports governance facing the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation in the new era,which refers to better operational mechanisms,more modern governance methods and clearer governance objectives.In order to promote new breakthroughs on the system and capabilities of China’s public sports governance modernization,the optimization paths include three aspects of improving the government-led public sports governance mechanism under the leadership of the CPC,innovating interactive collaborative network governance methods,and determining the goals of people-centered national sports governance.
