我国体育学术期刊学术引领的时代特征、逻辑理路与实践路径

The academic leadership effects of journals have always been expected by the academic community.Through the methods of literature and logical analysis,the study focuses on the theoretical construction from the concept and connotation of“leadership”,so as to analyse scientifically and explain systematically the academic leadership of academic journals.The study concludes that in the academic leadership of the times,for China’s core sports academic journals,the leadership target more fits in the national strategy,the leadership subject is more capable of forming synergy,the leadership content is more able to ensure high-quality products,and the leadership patterns focus more on the permanent and long-term effects.In terms of the logical orderliness of academic leadership,the homogeneous leadership goal is a natural choice to continue academic clues,the diversified leadership subject is the motivation guarantee to promote academic process,the high-quality leadership content is the core support to lead academic innovation,and the innovative leadership pattern is an important means to express academic ideas.Academic journals need to focus on clarifying the value positioning of journals,highlighting the academic guiding effects,implementing the rules and regulations of publishing and giving full play to the efficacy of media communication to plan the practical paths of academic leadership.
