摘要
通过现场铝模试模墩回弹强度值与芯样抗压强度值对比,以及采用同条件试块回弹强度与抗压强度对比,分析在回弹率定值符合标准要求的前提下,不同率定值的回弹仪检测同一试件,或同一试模墩的混凝土强度的差异;并采用普通回弹仪与高强回弹仪对试模墩进行回弹以及试模墩芯样抗压值,对比分析在龄期相同的情况下,铝模混凝土回弹强度的差异。常用的回弹仪器有高强回弹仪和普通回弹仪,普通回弹仪的标称能量为2.207J,刚砧率定值为80±2;高强回弹仪的标称能量为5.5J,刚砧率定值为83±2。在标准允许范围内,不同率定值对混凝土强度是否有不同影响,铝模体系对混凝土早期强度是否有影响?在此将进行系统研究。
In this paper,through the comparison of the rebound strength value of the aluminum mold test pier and the compressive strength value of the core sample,as well as the comparison of the rebound strength and compressive strength of the test block under the same conditions,the difference of the concrete strength of the same specimen or the same test pier detected by the rebound meter with different rated values is analyzed under the premise that the rebound rate meets the requirements of the standard.The rebound of the test pier and the compressive value of the core sample of the test pier were carried out by using the ordinary rebound instrument and the high-strength rebound instrument,and the difference of the rebound strength of the aluminum formwork concrete under the same age was compared and analyzed.The commonly used rebound instruments are high-strength rebound instrument and ordinary rebound instrument.The nominal energy of ordinary rebound instrument is 2.207 J,and the fixed value of rigid anvil rate is 80±2.The nominal energy of the high strength springback instrument is 5.5 J,and the steel anvil rate is 83±2.Does the different rate setting have different effects on the strength of concrete within the allowable range of the standard,and does the aluminum mold system have an effect on the early strength of concrete?This article will conduct a systematic study.
