装配式双柱大悬臂预应力盖梁结构设计分析

摘要 近年来,国家大力推行预制装配式桥梁结构建设,使预制装配式桥墩结构在国内新建城市高架桥中得到广泛应用。结合福州市新店外环路西段道路工程,探讨项目中装配式双柱大悬臂预应力盖梁的结构设计,并采用MIDAS CIVIL软件,建立有限元模型,对该结构进行静力、动力特性分析,其计算结果均满足规范要求。工程目前已顺利实施,运营情况良好,验证了现有预制拼装技术的可行性和安全性,可为同类工程设计提供借鉴和参考。 In recent years,the state has vigorously promoted the construction of prefabricated bridge structures,and prefabricated pier structures have been widely used in new urban viaducts in China.Combined with the road project of the Xindianwaihuan Road in Fuzhou,this paper discusses the structural design of prestressed double-column long cantilever capping beam in this project,and uses MIDAS CIVIL software to establish a finite element model,analyze the static and dynamic characteristics of the structure,and the calculation results meet the requirements of the specification,the project has been successfully implemented and the operation is good,which verifies the feasibility and safety of the existing prefabricated assembly technology,and can provide reference and reference for similar engineering design.
