机制砂清水混凝土一次成型设计与施工

DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF ONE-STEP FORMING OF MACHINE-MADE SAND CLEAR WATER CONCRETE

清水混凝土即拆模后不做任何装饰,以混凝土表层原色为最终成型效果,故而要求混凝土拆模后达到表面光滑、螺杆眼整齐、颜色均匀、分缝美观。由于清水混凝土相较其余装饰面具有独特的质朴美感,常被应用于美术馆、博物馆、图书馆等具有较强艺术性的公共建筑中。通过分析清水混凝土从原材料选择到拆模养护全过程施工方式,总结了清水混凝土的施工要点,从而推广清水混凝土在建筑工程中的应用。

Fair-faced concrete does not do any decoration after demolishing the mold,and takes the primary color of concrete surface as the final forming effect.Therefore,it is required that the surface of concrete after demolishing the mold is smooth,the screw eyes are neat,the color is uniform and the joint is beautiful.Because of its unique plain beauty compared with other decorative surfaces,fair-faced concrete is often used in art galleries,museums,libraries and other public buildings with strong artistic.In this paper,through the analysis of raw material selection of fair-faced concrete,mix ratio research,formwork support,concrete pouring,mold removal,maintenance and other construction processes,summed up the construction points of fair-faced concrete,so as to promote the application of fair-faced concrete in construction projects.
