高空混凝土悬空造型支模架设计及施工

摘要 如今建筑业竞争激烈,部分企业为彰显自身企业文化及提高建筑物外立面美感,常在设计阶段要求设计单位运用悬空、悬挑造型。这些造型通常布置于腰线层或构架层,标高通常超过常规支模架高度,施工较为困难。通过昆明紫云景辰项目实践,对卸荷构件选取、工字钢固定方式、平台搭设方式、支模架搭设方式等施工方法的总结,使得悬空构件施工在满足规范要求的情况下,节约了工期,提高了安全保障性。 Nowadays,the fierce competition in the construction industry,some enterprises in order to highlight their corporate culture and improve the beauty of the facade of the building,often in the design stage requires the design unit to use the hanging,overhanging modeling.These models are usually arranged in the waist line layer or the frame layer,the elevation is usually more than the height of the conventional support frame,the construction is more difficult.Through the practice of Kunming Ziyun Jingchen project,the construction methods such as the selection of unloading components,I-beam fixing methods,platform erection methods,and die support erection methods are summarized,so that the construction of suspended components can save the construction period and improve the safety guarantee under the condition of meeting the standard requirements.
