摘要
铝模作为一种新型模板体系,在普通房屋建筑领域应用逐步成熟,但在结构复杂的超高层建筑中应用仍存在诸多难题。区别于常规布局方正、结构单一的标准楼层建筑,异形内置钢板剪力墙的超高层铝模设计中,内置钢板墙及各类预埋件的避让、阴角模板的处理、层高变化的适配调整等严重影响了铝模螺杆和加固背楞及铝模分段分片的设计难度。以昆明春之眼项目为背景,主要介绍异形内置钢板剪力墙结构的超高层中铝模关键节点设计和专业协同要点。
As a new type of formwork system,aluminum formwork has gradually matured in the field of ordinary housing construction,but there are still many difficulties in its application in complex super high-rise buildings.Unlike standard floor buildings with regular layout and single structure,the design of aluminum molds for super high-rise buildings with special-shaped built-in steel plate shear walls seriously affects the difficulty of designing aluminum mold screws,reinforced back ribs,and aluminum mold segmentation and slicing due to the avoidance of built-in steel plate walls and various embedded parts,the treatment of internal corner templates,and the adaptation adjustment of layer height changes.This article is based on the Kunming Spring Eye project and mainly introduces the key node design and professional collaboration points of the aluminum mold in the super high-rise building with a special-shaped built-in steel plate shear wall structure.
