大跨度工业厂房金属面与太阳能光伏板组合式施工技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 本着打造低碳园区的目标,在大跨度2.5GW电池厂房、2.5GW组件厂房金属屋面上加装光伏板,形成小型屋顶太阳能电站,为厂区内部照明系统提供电能。由于施工体量大、工期紧张,在组合式屋面施工过程中采用移动式高空数控压瓦设备进行金属屋面施工;采用BIM技术对太阳能光伏板精准定位及测量,解决光伏板受力安全性问题;采用太阳能光伏组件高空运输技术,解决光伏板运输受限、材料损耗大等问题。通过太阳能光伏组件与金属屋面连接关键技术,解决金属屋面渗漏问题及风揭问题,确保光伏板与金属板连接更牢固、美观。 In line with the goal of building a low-carbon park,Dali Huasheng New Energy efficient heterojunction battery and module intelligent manufacturing project has installed photovoltaic panels on the metal roofs of the 2.5GW battery building and 2.5GW module building with constant temperature+non-constant temperature to form a small rooftop solar power station and provide electric energy for the lighting system inside the factory.Due to the large construction volume and tight construction period,the metal roof construction is carried out by mobile high-altitude CNC press tile equipment in the construction process of the combined roof.BIM technology is used for accurate positioning and measurement of solar photovoltaic panels to solve the problem of force safety of photovoltaic panels;The high altitude transportation technology of solar photovoltaic modules is adopted to solve the problems of limited transportation and large material loss of photovoltaic panels.Through the key technology of solar photovoltaic module and metal roof connection,solve the problem of metal roof leakage and wind uncovered,to ensure that the photovoltaic panel and metal plate connection more firm,beautiful.
