摘要
装配式建筑的预制构件的种类较多,其中预制柱是装配式建筑主要采用的预制构件之一,与传统现浇柱相比,预制柱拥有安全性较高、成型质量较好、施工速度较快、综合成本更低、对环境的影响更小等优点。但预制柱的施工工艺较为复杂,对施工人员的专业要求较高,通过对预制柱的定位、吊装和灌浆等重要工艺的研究,对于保证工程的施工质量和结构安全具有重要意义。
There are many kinds of prefabricated components in prefabricated building,among which prefabricated columns are one of the main prefabricated components used in prefabricated building.Compared with traditional cast-in-place columns,prefabricated columns have the advantages of higher safety,better molding quality,faster construction speed,lower comprehensive cost,and less impact on the environment.However,the construction process of prefabricated columns is relatively complex,requiring high professional requirements for construction personnel.Through research on important processes such as positioning,lifting,and grouting of prefabricated columns,it is of great significance to ensure the construction quality and structural safety of the project.
