摘要
由于钢结构厂房的钢材用量小、自重小,因此在水平荷载作用下,柱脚会受到较大的剪切,但在我国钢结构的规范中,柱脚锚杆不能参与进抗剪切之中,故水平力只可通过设置抗剪键,或是利用柱脚板与混凝土之间的摩擦来承担。为了满足钢结构的整体安全稳定、结构抗震设防等要求,以某生产厂房为例,对钢结构厂房抗剪键施工质量控制技术进行研究,分析抗剪键设置的条件及抗剪键的受力特点,并对抗剪键的材料和施工进行系统的论述,以供设计及施工人员参考。
Under the action of horizontal load,the column foot will be subjected to great shear,but in the code of steel structure,the anchor of the column foot can not participate in the shear resistance,therefore,the horizontal force can only be borne by setting the shear key,or the friction between the column foot and the concrete.The design of shear key is an important part of the design of column foot.This paper takes a production workshop as an example to study the construction quality control technology of shear bond of steel structure workshop The conditions of the shear key setting and the stress characteristics of the shear key are analyzed,and the material and construction of the shear key are discussed systematically for the reference of the design and construction personnel.
