“双碳”背景下某新能源工业园区绿色低碳建造技术研究

摘要 进行低碳的前沿技术研究,抓紧研发和引进减污降碳的核心技术,把CO_(2)排放量争取在2030年达到峰值水平,并将极力争取到2060年全面实现碳中和。在此背景下建设工程面临的最大挑战就是如何最大程度地实现节能减排,对于建设工业园区而言,减污降碳减什么,如何减,控能控碳控什么,孰轻孰重,孰先孰后,工业园区千千万,具有千千面,差异较大,如何有序分类、卸下“高能耗”的“担子”,搭上“碳中和”的“快车”,建设工业园区或许可以绿色发展为核心,以低碳建造技术为抓手,在保证质量安全的前提下,达到绿色节能、低碳环保、降本增效的目的。 Speed up the deployment of low-carbon cutting-edge technology research,accelerate the promotion and application of pollution reduction and carbon reduction technologies,strive to peak carbon dioxide emissions by 2030,and strive to achieve carbon neutrality by 2060.Under this background,the biggest challenge facing the construction project is how to maximize energy conservation and emission reduction.For the construction of industrial parks,what is it and how to reduce pollution,carbon reduction,what can control carbon control,which one is more important,and which one is the first.There are tens of millions of industrial parks,with thousands of faces and great differences.How to classify and unload the burden of high energy consumption in an orderly manner,and catch up with the fast train of carbon neutrality.The construction of industrial parks may take green development as the core and low-carbon construction technology as the starting point.Under the premise of ensuring quality and safety,we can achieve the purpose of green energy conservation,low-carbon environmental protection,cost reduction and efficiency.
