This article first analyzed the background of digital transformation in enterprise information project management mode, this includes technological progress and digital trends, rapid changes and uncertainties in demand, complexity and synergy of multiple projects, and business driven requirements. Then, through research and analysis of existing project management platform systems, the key functions and characteristics of building a project management platform system have been determined. Aiming to establish an integrated project management platform system, provide digital tools and functions to support project planning, execution, and monitoring, to improve the efficiency and quality of project management.
