大比摩阻空调水系统可行性分析

摘要 本研究旨在探讨分析大比摩阻空调水系统的技术和经济可行性。以杭州市的一栋高层办公楼的冷水系统为例,比较了常规比摩阻和大比摩阻2种管道系统设计方案。通过技术分析,得到了冷水泵系统在供冷季运行期间的逐时扬程、流量和效率,进而得到供冷季的运行能耗。计算表明2种方案的耗电输冷比均满足规范要求。另外,分析比较了冷水泵供冷季的运行费用和管道系统的造价,通过财务净现值(FNPV)分析证明了采用大比摩阻管道在系统寿命周期内可节约成本。 The purpose of this study is to explore and analyse the technical and economic feasibility of an air conditioning water system with large specific friction.Taking the chilled water system of a high-rise office building in Hangzhou as an example,the design schemes of the conventional specific friction and large specific friction piping systems are compared.Through technical analysis,the hourly head,flow rate and efficiency of the chilled water pump system during the operation period of cooling season are obtained,and then the cooling season operating energy consumption is obtained.Calculation results show that the electricity consumption to transferred cooling quantity ratios of the two schemes meet the specification requirements.In addition,the cooling season operating cost of the chilled water pumps and the cost of the pipeline system are analysed and compared,and the financial net present value(FNPV)analysis proves that the use of large specific friction pipelines can save costs during the life cycle of the system.
