Policy-oriented finance should play an important role in S&T innovation in China

科技攻关需要一个较长的生命周期,科创金融支持体系也应是一个连续的谱系,能够为企业自主创新提供匹配生命周期、符合行业特点、适应发展需求的金融服务。我国已具备支持科创产业全生命周期的多元化金融形式且得到了一定程度的发展,但仍存在一些堵点问题需要破题。

As China is witnessing major changes unseen in a century,a new round of S&T revolution,profound adjustment of global supply chain,and accelerating restructuring of international competition landscape,S&T is playing a strategic role in shaping new drivers and competitive edges of development and maintaining national security.Policy-oriented financial service is a unique form of finance led by the government,backed by national credit,providing preferential conditions to specific groups,and matching a country's specific strategic development arrangements.It is non-profit and provides long term funds.We should give full play to its own advantages to improve the efficiency of S&T innovation financing and better serve the national S&T innovation strategy.
