职业教育高质量课程体系建设是实现职业教育高质量发展与教育强国建设的重要内容。根据系统论的观点,职业教育高质量课程体系建设在价值导向上需要彰显职业院校的人才培养特色,满足学生全面发展的需要,并突出职业教育的类型特征;职业教育高质量课程体系应该具有内部要素目标的一致性、内部要素关系的协同性以及整个体系的开放性与动态性等特征。建设职业教育高质量课程体系需要以培养学生的核心职业素养为课程体系建设的价值导向,整合课程资源;发挥职业教育的跨界优势,促进多元参与机制的形成;以课程建设的阶段需要为中心,采用针对性的技术措施。

The construction of high quality curriculum system in vocational education is an important content to realize the high quality development of vocational education and the construction of a powerful education country.According to the viewpoint of system theory,the construction of high-quality curriculum system of vocational education should highlight the characteristics of talent training in vocational colleges,meet the needs of students'all-round development,and highlight the type characteristics of vocational education.The high quality curriculum system of vocational education should have the characteristics of consistency of internal elements,coordination of internal elements,openness and dynamics of the whole system.To build a high-quality curriculum system of vocational education,it is necessary to take cultivating students'core professional quality as the value orientation of curriculum system construction,give play to the"cross-border"advantages of vocational education to promote the formation of multiple participation mechanism,and adopt targeted technical measures centered on the needs of the stage of curriculum construction.
