党的十八大以来,党和国家高度重视研究生教育工作,习近平总书记相继作出了“三个牢固树立”、“四有”好老师、“四个相统一”等重要论述,赋予了研究生导师价值新的时代内涵。研究生导师是研究生教育的第一责任人,肩负着培养时代新人的重要使命。以我国职业教育专家刘春生教授为例,明晰了新时代研究生导师要有理想信念、要有道德情操、要有扎实学识、要有仁爱之心的标准,深刻把握新时代研究生导师的价值意蕴,提出了新时代研究生导师加强自我成长、突出自身职能、建立学术链接等有效的育人路径,为高校研究生导师实现立德树人的教育目标指明了方向。

Graduate tutor is the first person responsible for graduate education and shoulders the important mission of cultivating new people in The Times.Taking Professor Liu Chunsheng,an expert in vocational education in China,as an example,he clarified the standards that graduate tutors in the new era should have ideals and beliefs,moral sentiments,solid knowledge and benevolence,and deeply grasped the value implications of graduate tutors in the new era.He also proposed effective education paths such as strengthening self-growth,highlighting their own functions and establishing academic links in the new era.It points out the direction for the college graduate tutors to realize the educational goal of cultivating virtuous people.
