摘要
实验研究苦卤中加入氯化钙除硫酸根生产氯化钾的工艺过程中,对反应生成的硫酸钙进行三次洗涤、三倍水量、三次洗涤、两倍水量、两次洗涤、三倍水量、两次洗涤、两倍水量的洗涤实验,通过湿品含纯确定最佳的洗涤工艺;对湿品硫酸钙进行不同温度下的干燥实验,通过干品含纯确定最佳的干燥温度。
This experiment studied the process of adding calcium chloride to bittern to remove sulfate to produce potassium chloride.Wash the calcium sulfate generated by the reaction with three times the amount of water,two times the amount of water,two times the amount of water,and two times the amount of water.Determine the optimal washing process by determining the purity of wet products.Drying experiments on wet calcium sulfate at different temperatures,determine the optimal drying temperature by determining the purity of the dried product.
