纳米SiO_(2)掺杂磷建筑石膏物理性能研究

摘要 磷石膏作为一种可再生资源,利用其制备建筑石膏,提高利用率,不仅有利于环保,降低排放量和堆存量,而且能够促进建筑材料可持续发展。然而,磷建筑石膏存在机械性能差、吸水率高等物理性能不足的问题,无法满足实际应用需求。为了解决上述问题,文章通过掺杂纳米材料,提高磷石膏的致密度,从而有效改善其抗折强度、抗压强度和吸水率,为其实际应用奠定了基础,具有重要的理论意义和工程应用价值。 Phosphorus gypsum,which is a renewable resource,can be used to prepare building gypsum to improve its utilization rate.It is not only beneficial to environmental protection,but also reduces the emission and storage of phosphorus gypsum.Besides,it can promote the sustainable development of building materials.However,phosphorus building gypsum possesses the bottleneck of insufficient physical properties,including poor mechanical properties,high water absorption,etc.,thereby cannot meet the requirements of practical application.To solve the aforementioned problems,we dope nanomaterials to improve the compactness of phosphorus gypsum.Thus,the bending strength,compressive strength,and water absorption of the resultant phosphorus gypsum can be enhanced effectively,which lays down a foundation for its practical application,showing important theoretical significance and engineering application value.
