为提高建筑工程质量,推动建筑行业发展,施工现场质量管理工作人员及建筑单位工作人员,必须重视质量管理优化,采取科学合理的措施提高管理质效。基于此,文章阐述了施工现场质量管理的重要性,概述了建筑工程施工现场质量管理内容,分析了建筑工程中施工现场质量管理现存的问题,提出了建筑工程施工现场质量管理优化措施,以期为施工现场质量管理相关工作人员提供参考。

In order to improve the quality of construction projects and promote the development of the construction industry,the quality management staff at the construction site and the staff of construction units must pay attention to the optimization of quality management and take scientific and reasonable measures to improve the quality and efficiency of management.Based on this,this paper expounds the importance of construction site quality management,summarizes the content of construction site quality management,analyzes the existing problems of construction site quality management in construction engineering,and puts forward the optimization measures of construction site quality management in construction engineering,in order to provide reference for relevant staff of construction site quality management.
