Design Application of BIM Technology in Intelligent Buildings

BIM技术应用较为普遍,能直接对智能建筑工程质量产生重大影响。为实现建筑工程质量目标,应科学合理应用BIM技术,对智能建筑工程进行合理设计,有效提升建筑企业施工水平,从而实现更好的发展目标。文章阐述了智能建筑结构设计的特点,分析了BIM技术在智能建筑设计中的应用领域、应用功能、应用流程等,以期为智能建筑的应用提供参考。

BIM technology is widely used and can directly have a significant impact on the quality of intelligent building projects.In order to achieve the quality objectives of construction projects,BIM technology should be scientifically and reasonably applied to the rational design of intelligent building projects,so as to effectively improve the construction level of construction enterprises,so as to achieve better development goals.This paper expounds the characteristics of intelligent building structure design,and analyzes the application fields,application functions and application processes of BIM technology in intelligent building design,in order to provide reference for the application of intelligent building.
