基于微信小程序的奈玛特韦/利托那韦片药学会诊模式探索

Exploration of pharmaceutical consultation mode for nirmatrelvir/ritonavir prescription based on the WeChat applet

目的:探索利用微信小程序开展奈玛特韦/利托那韦片药学会诊的模式。方法:制定奈玛特韦/利托那韦片临床使用规范,临床医生通过微信小程序提交奈玛特韦/利托那韦片处方申请以及患者诊断、检查、合并用药信息,临床药师对申请进行审核,给予会诊意见和个体化给药建议。结果:临床药师共审核了101例用药申请,拒绝13例,累计给予处方调整建议161条。干预后奈玛特韦/利托那韦片处方不合理率降低具有显著性(32.01%vs.12.87%,P<0.01)。结论:临床药师借助微信小程序对奈玛特韦/利托那韦片开展药学会诊,提高了奈玛特韦/利托那韦片的使用合理性,说明了此种模式具有可行和推广性。

OBJECTIVE To explore the model of nirmatrelvir/ritonavir pharmacy consultation using WeChat applet.METHODS Specification for the clinical use of nirmatrelvir/ritonavir tablets was developed.Clinicians submitted nirmatrelvir/ritonavir prescription applications together with patient diagnosis,examination and combined medication information through WeChat applets,and clinical pharmacists reviewed the applications and provided consultation opinions and individualized medication recommendations.RESULTS The pharmacist reviewed 101 medication applications,rejected 13 cases,and provided 161 prescription adjustment recommendations.After intervention,the decrease in the irrational prescribing rate of nirmatrelvir/ritonavir tablets was significant(32.01%vs.12.87%,P<0.01).CONCLUSION Clinical pharmacist can conduct pharmacy consultation on nirmatrelvir/ritonavir tablets with the help of WeChat App,which improves the use rationality of nirmatrelvir/ritonavir tablets,and shows that this model is feasible with promotion prospect.
