智谋在癌症患者失志综合征和社会支持中的中介效应

Mediating effect of resourcefulness on demoralization syndrome and social support in cancer patients

目的 探讨癌症患者失志综合征与社会支持及智谋水平之间的关系,分析智谋水平在失志综合征与社会支持间的中介效应。方法 本研究为横断面调查。采用便利抽样法选取2022-09-01-2023-03-31于山东省肿瘤医院就诊的500例癌症住院患者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、中文版失志量表Ⅱ、智谋量表及社会支持量表进行问卷调查并评分。采用Pearson相关分析社会支持水平、智谋水平和失志综合征水平相关关系,采用AMOS 25.0分析智谋水平在失志综合征水平和社会支持水平之间的中介效应并构建结构方程模型。本研究共发放问卷500份,回收有效问卷489份,有效率为97.80%(489/500)。结果 癌症患者失志综合征总分的中位数为11.0(7.0,15.0)分,智谋总分为(47.94±2.57)分,社会支持总分为(29.06±12.89)分,失志综合征总分与智谋总分(r=-0.576,P=0.003)、社会支持总分(r=-0.689,P=0.005)均呈负相关,社会支持总分与智谋总分呈正相关,r=0.492,P=0.009。智谋在社会支持与失志综合征之间发挥部分中介效应,占总效应的36.33%。结论 社会支持对癌症患者失志综合征有直接预测作用,智谋在社会支持与癌症患者失志综合征间起部分中介作用,采取有效措施提高癌症患者的社会支持和智谋水平是降低患者失志综合征的有效途径之一。

Objective To explore the relationship with demoralization syndrome and social support or resourcefulness in cancer patients,and to analyze the mediating effect of resourcefulness level on demoralization syndrome and social support.Methods This study was a cross-sectional survey.A total of 500cancer inpatients who were treated in Shandong Cancer Hospital from September 1,2022to March 31,2023were investigated and scored with general data questionnaire,Chinese version of failure scaleⅡ,intelligence scale and social support scale.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation among social support level,resourcefulness level and demoralization syndrome level.AMOS 25.0was used to analyze the intermediary effect of resourcefulness level on demoralization syndrome and social support level,and a structural equation model was constructed.In this study,a total of 500questionnaires were sent out,and 489valid questionnaires were recovered,with an effective rate of 97.80%(489/500).Results The median total score of demoralization syndrome,resourcefulness and social support of cancer patients were 11.0(7.0,15.0),47.94±2.57and 29.06±12.89,respectively.The total score of demoralization syndrome was negatively correlated with the total scores of mental resourcefulness(r=-0.576,P=0.003)and social support(r=-0.689,P=0.005),while the total score of social support was positively correlated with the total score of resourcefulness(r=0.492,P=0.009).Resourcefulness played a partial mediating effect between social support and demoralization syndrome,accounting for 36.33%of the total effect.Conclusions Social support can directly predict the demoralization syndrome of cancer patients,and resourcefulness plays an intermediary role on social support and demoralization syndrome of cancer patients.Taking effective measures to improve the level of social support and resourcefulness of cancer patients is one of the effective ways to reduce the demoralization syndrome of cancer patients.
