Expert consensus of Henan Cancer Diagnostic and Treatment Quality Control Center on postoperative radiotherapy for breast cancer

乳腺癌术后放射治疗对于降低乳腺癌局部区域复发具有重要意义。在乳腺癌术后放疗中,如何选择合适的放疗方案,需要综合考虑肿瘤的原发灶位置、临床分期、病理类型、是否接受新辅助化疗、手术方式和术后病理分期等诸多因素,才能达到最佳的治疗效果,并将发生不良反应的风险降到最低。本共识由河南省肿瘤诊疗质量控制中心乳腺癌专家委员会参照国内外的乳腺癌相关诊疗指南制定,旨在结合河南省区域内乳腺癌诊疗实施情况,进一步加强现有乳腺癌相关诊疗指南的可操作性,为临床实践提供参考。

Postoperative radiation therapy is important to reduce local recurrence of breast cancer.In postoperative radiotherapy for breast cancer,choosing the appropriate radiotherapy plan needs to comprehensively consider many factors such as the location of the primary tumor,clinical stage,pathological type,whether to receive neoadjuvant chemotherapy,surgical mode and postoperative pathological stage.In this way,postoperative radiotherapy can achieve the best treatment effect and minimize the risk of adverse reactions.This consensus was formulated by the Expert Committee of Henan Cancer Diagnostic and Treatment Quality Control Center with reference to domestic and foreign breast cancer-related diagnosis and treatment guidelines,aiming to further strengthen the operability of existing breast cancer-related diagnosis and treatment guidelines in combination with the implementation of breast cancer diagnosis and treatment in Henan Province,and provide reference for clinical practice.
