摘要
文章主要利用试验机固定2块钢板和杆件,以杆件中心线为准设立加载点与控制点,测定杆件受压后的位移和应力变化,获取杆件刚度,应用有限元法完成房建施工装配式脚手架杆件的刚度数值模拟。试验结果表明:该方法的数值模拟效果较好,可有效呈现房建施工装配式脚手架杆件的实际应力变化情况;杆件直径几乎不会对冲击力产生限制;在杆件直径增大的情况下各脚手架杆件的位移值差异较匀称。
Two steel plates and bars are fixed by the testing machine.The loading point and control point are set according to the center line of the bar.The displacement and stress change of the bar after compression are measured to obtain the stiffness of the bar.The finite element method is used to complete the stiffness numerical simulation of the prefabricated scaffolding bar in the housing construction.The test results show that the numerical simulation effect of this method is good,which can effectively present the actual stress change of the prefabricated scaffolding bars in the housing construction;the diameter of the bar hardly limits the impact force;in the case of increasing the diameter of the bar,the difference in the displacement value of each scaffolding bar is symmetrical.
