隧道软弱围岩大断面开挖支护施工工艺研究

摘要 随着经济水平的快速提升和城镇化的持续推进,公路里程逐年增加。隧道结构作为公路上的重要构造,也逐渐朝大与长的方向发展。如果隧道工程穿过软弱围岩,会大幅提升建设难度,必须选择合理的施工工艺。一旦大断面软岩隧道在施工期间出现病害,轻则使施工工期滞后,重则造成巨大的经济损失和人员伤亡。为提升隧道工程建设水平,文章对比了大断面软岩隧道施工特点及施工方法,依托某工程,就大断面软岩隧道施工方法比选展开了案例分析,同时,从开挖进尺、支护施工和仰拱施工等方面探讨了大断面软弱围岩隧道的施工控制措施。 With the rapid improvement of economic level and the continuous advancement of urbanization,highway mileage has been increasing year by year.As an important structure on the highway,the tunnel structure has gradually developed in the direction of large size and long length.If the tunnel engineering passes through weak surrounding rocks,it will greatly increase difficulty in construction,and reasonable construction technologies must be selected.Once the large-section weak rock tunnel suffers from diseases during construction,the construction period will be delayed,and huge economic losses and casualties will be caused in severe cases.In order to improve the construction level of tunnel engineering,this paper compares the construction characteristics and methods of large-section weak rock tunnel.Based on a project,a case study is carried out on the comparison and selection of construction methods for largesection weak rock tunnel.At the same time,the construction control measures for large-section weak rock tunnel are discussed from the aspects of excavation footage,support construction and inverted arch construction.
