预制箱梁安装施工技术在市政桥梁工程中的应用

The Application of Prefabricated Box Girder Installation Construction Technology in Municipal Bridge Engineering

随着我国城市化进程的不断加快,城市基础设施建设快速发展。市政桥梁作为重要组成部分之一,数量逐年增加,规模不断扩大。然而,由于市政桥梁所处地理环境和设计要求等方面存在差异,不同地区或同一座桥的不同部位采用的预制箱梁形式有所区别。因此,如何针对具体情况选择合适的预制箱梁安装方法成为亟待解决的问题。文章以某市一座市政桥梁为例,对该类桥梁预制箱梁的安装进行研究,具体包括预制梁场布置和预制箱梁安装施工,最后提出了预制箱梁安装施工技术在市政桥梁工程中的应用措施,以供参考。

With the continuous acceleration of urbanization in China,urban infrastructure construction is developing rapidly.As one of the important components,the number of municipal bridges is increasing year by year and the scale is constantly expanding.However,due to the differences in the geographical environment and design requirements of municipal bridges,the forms of prefabricated box girders used in different regions or different parts of the same bridge are different.Therefore,how to choose appropriate installation methods for prefabricated box girders based on specific situations has become an urgent problem to be solved.Taking a municipal bridge in a city as an example,this paper studies the installation of prefabricated box girders for this type of bridge,including the layout of girder prefabrication field and the installation construction of prefabricated box girder.Finally,the application measures of prefabricated box girder installation construction technology in municipal bridge engineering are put forward for reference.
