厂拌热再生沥青混合料优化设计研究

Research on the Optimization Design of Central Plant Hot Recycling Asphalt Mixture

为提升沥青路面再生混合料的设计水平,文章以某高速公路养护为依托,总结了RAP材料的回收、破碎和筛分等方法,并对混合料中的再生剂掺量、油石比和矿料级配等参数进行了优化设计。同时,基于车辙试验和马歇尔试验,对再生沥青料的设计效果展开评价,以供参考。

In order to improve the design level of asphalt pavement recycling mixture,based on the maintenance of an expressway,this paper summarizes the methods of recycling,crushing and screening of RAP materials,and optimizes the parameters such as the amount of recycling agent,oil-stone ratio and mineral aggregate gradation in the mixture.At the same time,based on the rutting test and Marshall test,the design effect of recycling asphalt materials is evaluated for reference.
