摘要
为摸清某规模化养猪场猪群发病的原因。通过流行病学调查、病理剖检进行现场诊断,根据临床初步诊断对发病猪进行实验室检测,对阳性病料进行基因测序和分型鉴定;在临床诊断和实验室检测的基础上,进行临床方案制定及效果评估。结果表明,引起该场育肥猪发病的主要病原是猪伪狂犬病病毒(PRV),其次是猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV);分型鉴定和测序分析显示,该场感染的PRV毒株为变异株,PRRSV毒株为NADC30-like毒株,且成功分离1株PRV毒株。
In order to find out the cause of the disease in pigs on a large-scale pig farm.Epidemiological investigation and pathological autopsy were carried out for on-site diagnosis,According to the preliminary clinical diagnosis,the infected pig were detected by laboratory test.Meanwhile,The positive samples were identified by gene sequencing and typing.On the basis of clinical diagnosis and laboratory testing,the formulation of clinical protocols and effectiveness evaluation were carried out.The results showed that porcine pseudorabies virus(PRV)was the main pathogenic agent,followed by porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV).Genotype identification and sequencing analysis showed that PRV strain was variant strain,PRRSV strain belonged to NADC30-like strain,and 1 PRV strain was successfully isolated.
