农场水平下测试酵母葡聚糖对蛋鸡生产性能和健康状况的影响

Effects of Testing Yeast Glucan on Production Performance and Health Status of Laying Hens at the Farm Level

摘要 为研究添加酵母葡聚糖对蛋鸡生长性能和健康状况的影响,进行了小规模的预备试验,经过14 d的酵母葡聚糖饲喂测试,蛋鸡的平均产蛋率和日平均蛋重都得到了积极改善,未对鸡群造成不利影响,决定开展大型农场水平的测试。试验选取另外一个大型鸡场62710只180日龄的海兰灰蛋鸡。根据前期数据,将生产性能较差的一组作为试验处理,日粮中额外添加100 mg/kg的酵母葡聚糖,试验期33 d。结果表明,日粮中添加酵母葡聚糖可以明显改善蛋鸡的生产性能和健康状况:平均产蛋率提高2.98%,平均蛋重提高1.01 g/枚,料蛋比降低0.08,而死亡率和死淘率分别降低0.06%和0.006%。 In order to study the effect of yeast glucan on growth performance and health status of laying hens,a small-scale preliminary test was conducted.After 14 days of yeast glucan feeding,the average laying rate and daily average egg weight of laying hens were positively improved without adverse impact on the chicken herd.Therefore,it was decided to carry out large-scale farm level test.62710 HaiLanhui laying hens of 180 day old were selected.According to the previous data,the group with poor production performance was treated as the experimental group,and 100 mg/kg yeast glucan was added to the diet for 33 days.The results showed the yeast glucan in diet can significantly improve the production performance and health status of laying hens:the average laying rate is increased by 2.98%,the average weight is increased by 1.01 g/egg,feed gain ratio of laying hens is reduced by 0.08,while the mortality and disappearance rate are reduced by 0.06%and 0.006%respectively.
