摘要
皮肤创伤愈合是一个复杂的过程,在最佳条件下,愈合过程仍然会导致纤维化或疤痕。鹿茸是哺乳动物中唯一可完全再生的附属器官,再生过程中鹿茸实现了巨型创伤到无痕愈合的再生性完美修复。在动物伤口模型中,通过直接注射鹿茸干细胞、局部应用鹿茸干细胞分泌因子或者鹿茸提取物均可以实现伤口的快速愈合。鹿茸皮肤再生视阈下通过对鹿茸源性物质在伤口愈合领域的潜力分析与全面了解,可为该领域基础研究和临床治疗提供新理论和新手段,同时为探索中药鹿茸的现代临床药用途径提供实验依据。
Wound healing is a complex process that can still lead to fibrosis or scarring under optimal conditions.Deer antlers are an exception and can fully regenerate annually in postnatal mammals.During the regeneration process,antler achieves a regenerative and perfect repair from giant wounds to traceless healing.In animal models,wound healing can be achieved by the direct injection of antler stem cells(AnSCs),topical application of conditioned medium of AnSCs and other antler-derived substances.A more comprehensive understanding of antler-derived substances will lay the foundation for exploiting basic research and developing an effective clinical therapy for wound healing.At the same time,it provides a basis for exploring the modern clinical medicinal pathways of Chinese medicine deer antler velvet.
