摘要
动物源性食品直接关系人们的身体健康。从不断曝光的各类食品安全问题来看,人们的思想也在急速转变,从过去盲目追求“卖相”和“颜值”转变为现在追求“口感”和“品质”,足以凸显食品安全一直是追求的目标。该文主要论述影响动物源性食品安全的风险因素,并结合工作案例,认真分析查找案发原因,提出加强源头治理的应对措施。
Food of animal origin is directly related to people's health.From the continuous exposure of various food safety problems,people's thinking is also rapidly changing,from the blind pursuit of“appearance”and“appearance level”in the past to the pursuit of“taste”and“quality”is enough to highlight that food safety has been pursued.This paper mainly discusses the risk factors affecting the safety of food of animal origin,and combined with work cases,carefully analyze the causes of the case,and put forward countermeasures to strengthen the source control.
