“双碳”目标下数字贸易的碳减排效应研究

摘要 基于2011—2019年中国271个地级市面板数据,用熵权法从数字贸易基础、数字贸易投入以及数字贸易产出三个维度构建数字贸易发展水平的评价体系,并对各地区的碳排放量进行测算,构建固定效应模型探究数字贸易与碳排放量之间的关系。研究发现:(1)数字贸易能够显著减少地区碳排放量;(2)异质性分析表明,数字贸易对东部地区、中部地区的碳减排效应更显著;(3)进一步研究发现,数字贸易主要通过科技创新效应和产业优化效应促进碳排放量减少。研究结论为我国实现“双碳”目标与高质量发展提供多维政策依据。 Exploring the carbon reduction effect of digital trade will make a significant contribution to China’s response to climate change and is important to achieve the“double carbon”goal.Based on the data of 271 cities in China from 2011 to 2019,an evaluation system for the digital trade is constructed from three dimensions of digital trade basis,digital trade input and digital trade output by using entropy weight method,and carbon emissions of each region are calculated.Fixed effect models are constructed to explore the relationship between digital trade and carbon emissions.The research finds that:(1)Digital trade can significantly reduce regional carbon emissions.(2)The effect of digital trade on carbon reduction in eastern and central regions is more significant.(3)Digital trade mainly promotes the reduction of carbon emissions through the effects of innovation and industrial optimization.The research conclusion provides multi-dimensional policy basis to achieve the“double carbon”goal and high-quality development.
